Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the Burgdorf’s way—with wine in hand and Irish-inspired bites to match! Join us for Sip ‘O the Wine, a guided tasting experience that blends festive flavors with thoughtfully paired wines in a warm, welcoming setting.
Guests will be greeted with a starter tasting upon arrival before being guided through a curated pairing menu featuring*:
• Irish Cheddar Cheese paired with Petite Pearl
• Mini Shepherd’s Pie (baked in mini cupcake pans!) paired with Spartan Red
• Pretzel Bite with Mustard paired with Vidal Blanc
• Corned Beef paired with Cayuga
